The surviving structure was repaired and documented to get the Owner’s operations up and running as quickly as possible in Phase 1. Phase 2 rebuilt in the existing footprint and was analyzed and designed to perform better structurally, thermally, and accommodate an expansion of their production capabilities, parking lot and the number of people they can employ.

The project successfully rebuilt their facility to be more energy efficient, allow more natural light into the space through skylights, and create a more comfortable environment for their employees.

We utilized a new bioswale in the parking lot as site drainage and to create a pleasing outdoor space for staff to take a break or have lunch.

Accomplishing the project on schedule allowed the Owner to begin to receive orders and start fulfilling them immediately when occupancy began.
