Meet the Team

  • Richard Holmes

    President

    As the Principal-In-Charge of Design and a registered Architect for over 40 years, Rick is responsible for all design aspects and he is the main point of contact for the team. Rick is a 1977 graduate of the University of Cincinnati’s Bachelor of Architecture program. Rick’s State of Ohio Credential is #8006660. Rick also carries the NCARB accreditation.

    Rick served as the 1999 State Director of AIA Ohio Chapter and 1994 President of AIA Dayton Chapter.  Rick is an NCARB certificate holder since 1998 and has executed several award-wining projects including the USGBC Gold Certified Creative Technology Accelerator (Dayton), The Armory Building (Dayton) and Airport Commerce Park (Dayton).  When he is not working you will find Rick having breakfast with his friends, sitting on the Planning Commission Board, or hanging out with his grandkids.

    Jacob Griffin

    Senior Project Manager

    Jacob is a 2016 graduate of the Louisiana Tech University's Master of Architecture program. Jacob has an extensive background in programming, design and construction document preparation, as well as construction evaluation. He is responsible for managing projects, producing construction documents, and evaluation of construction projects for financial institutions.

    Jacob has worked on numerous educational, healthcare, commercial, industrial, multi-family, retail and historic projects. When he is not working Jacob likes to leatherwork, cosplay, or make art.

    Andrew Hobbs

    Graduate Professional

    Andrew is a student of the University of Cincinnati’s School of Architecture. He is proficient in programming, design, and construction document preparation. He helps to field measure, and prepare construction and design documents.

    Andrew has worked on several  daycares, hotels, and commercial projects. When he is not at work he works on his school work and plays dungeons & dragons.

    Agbeyenu Madison

    Graduate Professional

    Agbeyenu is a 2024 graduate of Miami University’s Undergraduate Architecture program. He has a background in construction, design, and construction document preparation. He works with Rick to prepare construction documents.

    When he is not working Agbeyenu likes to tend to his plants.

  • Marcus Howard

    Graduate Associate

    Marcus graduated from Sinclair Community College in 2022. He is acquiring experience in programming, visualization, and general practice. He is responsible for graphic preparation of various presentation and technical drawings.

    Out of the office, Marcus likes to spend time with his family, play basketball, and play games or puzzles.

    Stephanie Webb

    Office Manager

    Stephanie handles all the day to day administrative work at TAG including preparation of RFQ's, SF330 responses, preparing marketing materials, brochures, contracts, handling client invoices, assisting with specifications and code review applications. 

    Stephanie is also a volunteer at Must Love Corsos Rescue. She has been a foster parent for dogs since 2013.

    Connie Stewart

    Finance Manager

    Connie manages the overall company budget to maximize revenue and identify potential areas of cost savings. She maintains the cash flow by reviewing banking activity and reconciling monthly reports. She is responsible to establish, monitor, and achieve the company’s financial goals.
