When St. Vincent de Paul outgrew their facility on Apple St. we converted their existing laundry, kitchen, and pantry facility into more dorm space. So we designed them a series of new spaces at the Montgomery County Job Center to replace those services.

We worked with their head chef to design a new certified catering kitchen. They needed capabilities to make food and deliver it to all of their facilities.

We also created a large pantry space adjacent to their kitchen for easy access and they could keep up with donation in one space instead of multiple spaces.

We also worked with their laundry equipment vendor to design a laundry facility to take care of the laundry needs at all of their facilities

To make this process of loading and unloading food and laundry easier we designed an ADA compliant exterior ramp with an integrated dock at the landing at a perfect height for their transport vehicles.
