The Architectural Group performed several studies for interior renovations for Lion’s previous location at Sand Lake Plaza. Lion began to become more and more interested in relocating to a building they could own versus lease and TAG evaluated three separate facilities. The first facility was located

at 369 W. First Street in Downtown Dayton. The second facility was at 1435 Cincinnati Street, just south of Downtown Dayton. The third facility was just a few blocks away from Lion’s office at 7200 Poe Avenue. Each facility evaluation included field verification of existing floor plans, visual

Inspections of PME systems, identification of code compliance issues, design and layout of potential office space including departmental details, and an estimate of the probable cost of construction.

Once Lion chose the facility at 7200 Poe Ave, TAG produced the construction documents with Helmig Lienesch and worked with Messer Construction as the Construction Manager to control the budget and schedule for the project. TAG’s plans provided critical information to the furniture vendors and facilitated a smooth transition process.
