When KeyBank decided to relocate their Downtown Dayton headquarters, they faced two daunting challenges. The first was to consolidate their current staff from 75,000 SF into 43,000 SF on the top three floors of a 30 year old high-rise tower. The second was to accomplish the design and construction in seven months on a challenging urban site - 27 stories above the street. The

Architectural Group proved up to the challenge by helping to develop programming, accommodating corporate design standards and coordinating with Technology, Audio/Visual and Security consultants. The Architectural Group provided Furniture and Interior Design services and even designed structural modifications when the Owner’s storage requirements suddenly changed during construction.

 Our Downtown location made us available to respond quickly when questions came up and answers were need to keep the project on schedule. During the 2008 Christmas Holiday, 176 employees of KeyBank moved into their new Headquarters – as promised.
