After 15 years of use, the carpet in the Balcony of the Theatre was beginning to wear. The Architectural Group was asked to manage the replacement of the carpet through the limited time the Theatre was “dark”. During the project, the opportunity to reconfigure the rear rows of the balcony to provide 12 additional seats to improve site lines from this otherwise undesirable location. TAG prepared multiple configurations and resolved several Building Code concerns. Multiple proposals were solicited from installers and the entire project completed within the time constraints and for less than $100,000.
