Beavercreek Community Theater

Upon completion of transforming an old abandoned grocery store into a new Senior Center for the City of Beavercreek, TAG was asked to continue their design work for the new Beavercreek Community Theatre.

The Theatre was planned to go into the remainder of the high-bay area of the old grocery store, however the existing structure posed a challenge for lighting design, HVAC distribution, and sight lines. Careful study of the cross-section of the space allowed TAG to determine a feasible solution to intertwine the pieces and parts through the open web joists
