Evenflo has been a client of The Architectural Group since 1995 when we were commissioned to construct the Piqua 136,000 SF $4.7 million Distribution Center.  That project was followed by several interior renovations and upgrades to accommodate new processes.  In 1997, Evenflo commissioned TAG for their office relocation to Vandalia. 

The Vandalia facility was subsequently renovated in 1999, 2000, and 2001 to create a new Product Development Showroom, and executive offices.  In 2008, Evenflo relocated their headquarters to a new 52,000 SF facility in Miamisburg.  The challenge became fitting the program into existing space in a cost-effective and code compliant manner.  Mechanical and electrical systems were also addressed and modified within the tight budget and schedule.
