The Carpenters & Millwrights Training Facility is an exciting consolidation of several existing training sites. The 54,300 SF facility with state-of-the-art classrooms offers CAD classes, carpenter take-off and distance learning opportunities. Hands-on training of traditional craftsmen’s skills is offered in the spacious well-lit shop areas. Exterior areas for formwork training are convenient to shower and locker facilities.

As a commitment to quality, the Owner sought a facility that not only demonstrated the crafts of their members, but the best examples of their craftsmanship. The building must speak to its students and visitors that the Carpenters and Millwrights training program stands for quality. This is demonstrated inside and out, from the standing seam metal roofs to the oak trim and the celebration of structural members through the north curtain wall.
