When Requarth needed to expand their showroom and create more meeting spaces, they gave Rick a call. They wanted to retain the existing character of the building but create new opportunities and upgrade the HVAC and Electrical Systems.

For them we designed a new Conference Room, 3,000 SF of additional showroom space, new restrooms, and a new showroom entrance on the East side of the building.
