McBride Place Development is located on the Dayton Veterans Affair Medical Center Campus. The design of this development provides veteran’s with affordable housing that is in close proximity to veteran services in a pleasing and natural environment. The new three-story facility blends with the existing building while providing up-to-date facilities and services to its occupants.

McBride Place is a 58,564 square feet, 64 Unit addition to an existing Senior Housing facility. The new sidewalks and paths provide an accessible route to walking paths with benches, community raised bed gardens and outdoor green spaces and play area. These design features allow all residents and visitors easy access to and through all constructed spaces. Design considerations within the campus and the building provide an easily perceptible path of travel for all. The common area spaces are designed for flexible use. Wide main corridor provides gathering and greeting space, laundry rooms have waiting chairs, Community Room is flexible to use as a single large gathering space or several smaller intimate gathering spaces with access to the covered porch and outdoor pergola.
