The Architectural Group was instrumental in helping The Oaks develop one of the first “Continuance of Care” facilities in the Miami Valley. The Oaks provides independent-living patio homes with a multitude of convenience and safety features. These homes are perfect for seniors looking to downscale their living arrangements, but who still want to maintain complete independence.

 When economic demands required that three additional units be added the facility, TAG was there to redevelop the site, as well as help integrate cost savings necessary, without sacrificing quality.

 As an integral part of the independent living community, The Oaks Community Building provides welcomed social and recreational facilities for the 30 residences as well as the larger senior community.
