The Architectural Group was brought into this project to help a new business assess and plan for their future. Wanting to make sure the site would be suitable their vision; the Architectural Group created a masterplan to organize for their future growth and navigate the zoning requirements to make it reality. With feasibility established, work to convert a gymnasium into a commercial facing pickleball court began. Through diligent research the space was optimized to meet regulatory and client expectations. Interior renovations included removing walls and ceilings, installing new pickleball equipment, updating the lighting, and replacing outdated plumbing facilities.
