Our Client found an opportunity to bring back to life the 70,000 SF industrially warehouse and came to The Architectural Group for help to plan out his dream.

Mike is thinking that this track could be like a mountain biking course for people who want the adventure of slopes and difficult terrain but can’t find that here in Dayton. He also believes that this is somewhere bikers can go year round so even in the winter people can be having fun and getting exercise.

Taking into account the ideas from Mike, TAG set out to determine the amount of space and the use of such a large facility. Changing rooms, New Restrooms, Bike Storage and Repair, and a sales area were all included in the plans. Updates to HVAC fans, restrooms, doors and windows are also in the plans.
