The design program for this 11,750 SF project originated out of the desire to develop a “landmark” medical office building for an ophthalmologic medical practice and a family medicine practice. The ophthalmologic practice required retail space for eyeglass selection and fitting as well as exam and minor surgery space. The family practice suite brought together three separate satellite facilities under a single practice management. The building visually represents the union of two practices with distinctive rectilinear masonry forms.
