Miami University Art Building - Classrooms

This project involved renovating 3,270 SF of interior space within Miami University’s existing Art Building. This project was a Higher Education instructional space that accomplished the renovation of three new classrooms and an interior lobby just outside the classrooms into more modern space with some integration of technology. The three classrooms were completely renovated which included replacing flooring and wall finishes, ceilings, lighting, and the cleaning and replacement of existing diffusers and ductwork. A TV wall and the layout of integrated workstations gave the spaces the resources and space to expand their programs.

The new spaces opened up their curriculum possibilities by expanding the flexibility of their current spaces and providing them the resources to grow as the program develops. The additional resources were a welcome addition to the Art Department.
