GDRTA - Wright Stop Plaza Storefronts

The Architectural Group, in association with Design Group 3, LLC, provided design, and administration services for the Greater Dayton Regional Transit Authority (GDRTA). Recent projects include exterior façade and roofing restoration and major renovations of the historic Write Stop Plaza in Downtown Dayton, Ohio. The scope of work included replacing existing Storefronts and Skylights.

We also added a series of green translucent awnings, a similar grand awning with matching green panels, as well as stainless steel louvered sunshades.

In the lobby we replaced the existing damaged tile flooring at replaced it with a brand new epoxy resin terrazzo flooring with a greek key motif to mimic what the original tile created.
